Check drive parameter 51.01 or
54.01.
The FSPS-21 is not configured for
the PROFINET communication.
Check the value of parameter 51.24
F-destination address.
The PROFIsafe destination address
of the FSPS-21 in the drive paramet-
er settings does not match the
PROFIsafe destination address of
the FSPS-21 in the PLC configura-
