Troubleshooting
Cannot Print Normally
■ When the printer port is set to "ECP", cancel ECP mode and then try printing
again.
Sometimes ECP mode disrupts normal printing.

Open the Printer Properties dialog box.

Click the Maintenance tab.

Click Custom Settings to open the Custom Setting dialog box.

Clear the Set printer to ECP mode check box, and then click Send.
5
Turn the printer off and back on again.
