10.2.14 Inrush Card
To remove or reinstall the inrush card, use the following
steps. Refer to Illustration 10.9.
Disassembly
1. Remove the DC bus rails. Refer to
chapter 10.2.13 DC Bus Rails.
2. Unplug the cables from the following connectors
on the inrush card:
2a MK1800
2b MK1802
3. Remove 5 screws (T20) from the inrush card.
4. Remove the inrush card from the drive.
Reassembly
Tighten hardware according to chapter 14.1 Fastener Torque
Ratings.
1. Position the inrush card in the drive.
2. Fasten 5 screws (T20) in the inrush card.
3. Fasten the cables to the following connectors on
the inrush card:
3a MK1800
3b MK1802
4. Replace the DC bus rails. Refer to
chapter 10.2.13 DC Bus Rails.
