3.4 Wire Harness
The VLT

Parallel Drive Modules basic kit contains the following wire harnesses:
•
Ribbon cable with 44-pin connector (on both ends of the cable)
•
Relay cable with 16-pin connector (on 1 end of the cable)
•
DC fuse microswitch cable with 2-pin connectors (on 1 end of the cable)
3.5 DC Fuses
The VLT
®
Parallel Drive Modules kit contains 2 DC fuses per drive module. These fuses on the supply side ensure that any
damage is contained to inside the drive modules.
NOTICE
Use of fuses on the supply side is mandatory for IEC 60364 (CE) compliant installations.
