The M80/60U series provides a terminal to control the rapid shutdown system(RSS)
which supports NEC 2017 requirement for the roof-top PV system. This terminal
provides a 12V
DC, Max. 1A power in normal condition but the power will turn-off
in 2 seconds when the AC grid outage.
The terminal block for this function is shown in Figure 3-39.
- AWG 22 to 12 solid or stranded wire is available for the terminal hole and wire
length is limited to 10M.
- Stripping length is 6 ~ 7 mm.
- 2.5 N•m rated torque to connect the wires.
