Fuel injection pump
1. Disassembly the oil hose for lubrication.
2. Remove the bolts and nuts of injection pump
flange.
3. Unscrew the injection pump fixing bolts and
remove the injection pump by lifting it up.
4. Remove the bracket fixing bolts of injection pump,
and disassemble by pulling the injection pump
backward.
Water chamber cover
1. Unscrew the fixing bolts and remove the water
chamber cover.
2. Remove the remnant gasket thoroughly.
Fly wheel
1. Remove the flywheel fixing bolts and disassemble
it.
2. The bolt removal is done by the reverse order of
assembling and by the steps.
Fly wheel housing
1. Remove the flywheel housing fixing bolts and dis-
assemble the flywheel housing.
2. Disassemble the oil seal of flywheel housing.
Injection pump drive gear
1. Unscrew the drive gear housing fixing bolts and
remove the drive gear assembly.
