1.2 Obligations of the operator
Responsibility for and guarantee of the perman-
ent correct operation of all safety-related compon-
ents lie with the responsible manager. The correct
operation of these components must be tested at
least once each calendar year by Electrolux Profes-
sional authorised specialist engineers and replaced
if necessary.

This manual refers to the following models:

You can find the model name (F.Mod.) on the rating
plate on the appliance itself. For more information,
please refer to section 4 of this manual.
This appliance is intended for cooking food indir-
ectly in pans and must not be used for any other
purpose. Any other use is considered improper.

Danger of fire, explosion and death
• Do not place any other objects apart from cook-
ware on the cooking area as it gets hot. Danger
of scalding and burning
• Do not touch the hobs as this could cause scald-
ing
