6.6 Error Messages (In Alphabetical Order)
This section describes the error messages displayed on the control panel. If any error
messages not listed in this section appear, contact our Customer Support Center or your
dealer.
Messages About Consumables
Message Condition/Reason/Action
Install PHD Unit The drum cartridge is not set.
Correctly set a suitable drum cartridge in the printer.

Install XXX
Crtrdg
XXX=Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, or
Black
The XXX toner cartridge is not installed. Set the XXX toner cartridge correctly.

PHD Unit
Mismatch
The drum cartridge is not suitable for the printer.
Correctly set a suitable drum cartridge in the printer.
