Removing a cover
► Remove the battery (see Chapter "Rem oving a battery", Page 34).

► Remove the screws (1).
Keep the screws in a safe place. If you are removing m ore than one component at
the same time, store the screws for the individual components separately from each
other. If you install the wrong screws, components may be damaged.
► Lift the cover
off the notebook (2).
Removing a hard disk

► Use the pulling aid to pull the h ard disk in the direction of the arrow (1) until the contacts disengage.
► Remove the hard disk from the hard disk compartment (2).
