Settings


Select > Setup > System.
Language—sets the device
language.
Key Tones—sets the device to use
audible tones for key presses.
Alert Tones—sets the device to use
audible tones for messages.
Alert Vibration—sets the device to
use vibration for messages.
Data Recording—controls how the
device records activity data.
Smart—records key points
where you change direction,
speed, or heart rate.
Every Second—records points
every second. It creates a very
detailed record of your activity;
however, it greatly increases the
size of the activity.

You can customize units of measure
for distance, pace and speed, elevation,
position format, and weight.
1. Select > Setup > System >
Units.
2. Select a setting.
3. Select a unit for the setting.
