0 : To the windscreen and side
window demist vents, with a small
amount of air to the outer instrument
panel vents.
Air conditioning (4)
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. Rotate the fan speed switch
A
to the desired speed.
3. Rotate the temperature switch
to within the blue zone.
4. Rotate the mode switch to
select an air outlet.
5. Adjust the angle of the air
vents.
6. Press A/C. The light in the
button illuminates.
Note
.
To conserve fuel, the air
conditioning can be switched off.

Warm air will be directed to the
air outlets if the temperature
switch is in the red zone, even
when A/C is pressed.
Recirculation (5)
Rotate the recirculation knob to the
left
h.
Note
.
Recirculation reuses interior air
so is not recommended for long
periods of time.
.
Do not use recirculation if
occupants are smoking.
Maximum cooling
Use maximum cooling for quick
cooling of the passenger
compartment.
1. Start the engine.
2. Press A/C.
The light in the button
illuminates.
3. Rotate Recirculation knob to
the left
h.
4. Rotate the temperature switch
to cold air.
5. Rotate the mode switch to
Y.
