Limitation of Warranty
The foregoing warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from improp er or inadequate
maintenance byBuyer, Buyer-supplied software or interfacing, unauthorized mo dication or
misuse, op eration outside of the environmental specications for the pro duct, or improp er
site preparation or maintenance.
