17.4 Adjusting the idle speed
Warning
Danger of accidents The engine may go out spontaneously if the idle speed is set too low.
– Set the idle speed to the specified value. (Your authorized Husqvarna Motorcycles workshop will be
glad to help.)

– Run the engine until warm.
The cold start button is deactivated – The cold start but-
ton is in its basic position. ( p. 23)
Danger
Danger of poisoning Exhaust gases are toxic and
inhaling them may result in unconsciousness and
death.
– Always make sure there is sufficient ventilation
when running the engine.
– Use effective exhaust extraction when starting or
running the engine in an enclosed space.

Turning counterclockwise lowers the idle speed.
Turning clockwise raises the idle speed.
17.5 Programming the throttle valve position
Info
If the control unit detects that the throttle valve position at idle speed needs to be reprogrammed, then
the malfunction indicator lamp flashes 2x per second.
