Selecting and Running Operator Print Tests

1. Make sure that the printer ribbon is installed in the printer and the printer is powered on
and is loaded with paper.
2. Press:
Stop
NOT READY
Places the printer in Not
Ready mode.
3. Press:
Scroll
Scroll

OPERATOR MENU
UNLOCKED
Press both keys at the
same time. Unlocking
the Enter key allows you
to test your printer.
4. Press:
Menu
OPERATOR MENU
PRINTER CONTROL
First of the series of
configuration menus.
5. Press:
Scroll
UNTIL
OPERATOR MENU
OPERAT OR PRINT TESTS
Advances to the
Operator Printer Tests
menu.
6. Press:
Enter
OPERATOR PRINT TESTS
PRINTER DEMONSTRA TION*
Advances to Printer
Demonstration, the first
option in Operator
Printer Tests menu.
7. Press:
Scroll
UNTIL
OPERATOR PRINT TESTS
[TEST NAME]
Cycles through the list of
Printer Tests. Stop when
the name of the test you
wish to run displays.
8. Press:
Enter
OPERATOR PRINT TESTS
[TEST NAME]
The printer test you have
selected starts printing.
9. Press:
Stop
NOT READY
The printer test stops
printing.
