Event register bits. This command is not channel specific, it applies to the entire
mainframe.

This query returns the value of the Questionable Event register. The Event
register is a read-only register that holds (latches) all events that pass into it.
Reading the Questionable Event register clears it. This command is not
channel specific, it applies to the entire mainframe.
