Press [DIMMER].
•Each time you press [DIMMER], the display
changes in the display window as follows.
•“DIMMER 1”
The display window and illumination becomes
darker than the normal display brightness.
•“DIMMER 2”
The display window becomes darker than
“DIMMER 1” and illumination is turned off.
•“DIMMER OFF”
The normal display and illumination brightness is
re
stored.
The K2 function is designed to provide natural sound
by improving the playback sound from all sources.
The function compensates for sound waves
dissipated during digital recording compression to
approximate the original analog sound. Sound is
reproduced with more bits (24 bits) and a wider range
of fre
quency (64 kHz, 88.2 kHz or 96 kHz).
Press [K2]
•Each time you press [K2], the display changes as
follows.
- “K2 MODE1”: (Normal mode)
Realistically reproduces the sound of the master
source.
-“K2 MODE2”:
To emphasize K2 effect.
-“K2 OFF”:
Cancels the K2 function.
NOTE
•The signal type and original range of frequency are
automatically detected and extended to a specific
range.
• When source is “FM” or “AM”, K2 function selection
is disabled (“K2 OFF” function only).
When the time you specify elapses, the main unit
automatically turns off.
Press [SLEEP].
•Each time you press [SLEEP], the time indicated in
the display window changes. You can set the time
to 10, 20, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 or 180 minutes.
•Changing the remaining time
Press [SLEEP] repeatedly to select the time again.
• Confirming the remaining time
Press [SLEEP] once.
•Canceling the sleep timer
Press [SLEEP] repeatedly until “SLEEP - -”
disappears.
NOTE
•Turning off the main unit cancels the sleep timer.
