CUTTING THE GROUND

Cutting the ground is a special type of planing. It is used to wear

off the top layer of soil.

• The bucket teeth and bucket are damaged if you mine with

the bucket in dumping position!

For prospecting operations, align the underside of the

bucket until it is in parallel to the ground surface.

Always drive in the lower speed range while cutting ground.
