Perform sub address transmission
For the setting method when the machine receives originals, refer to the following:

Select [FAX] on the Home screen.

Place the originals.

Specifying destination.
Select [FAX No. Entry] and enter the fax number of the other party.

Configure the settings.
1 Select [Sub Address].
2 Select [Sub Address] and enter the sub address using the numeric keys.
You can use up to 20 digits including the numbers from 0 to 9, ‘ (space)’, ‘#’ and ‘*’ characters to enter a sub address.
3 Select [Password]. Enter the sub address password using the numeric keys.

To transmit
Check the destination and press the [Start] key.
To use sub address transmission, check that a sub address and password have been set in the receiving
system in advance.
Encrypted transmission cannot be used in sub address transmission.
When a sub address has been registered to the destination of the Address Book, you can use the destination.
When a sub address-registered destination in the Address Book is used for a One Touch Key, you can also use
the One Touch Key.
When the machine receives originals, a sub address password is not used.
When [On] is selected in [Dest. Check before Send], a destination confirmation screen is displayed when you
press the [Start] key.
