Heating Damp Towels
Procedure

Moisten hand towels and then roll them up tightly.

Place them beside one another in a perforated cooking
pan.
Settings
MasterChef > Special > Heat Damp Towels
or
Operating Mode > Steam Cooking
Temperature: 160°F / 70°C
Duration: 2 Minutes
Decrystallize honey
Procedure
^ Loosen the lid and place the jar (glass only) of honey in a
perforated cooking pan.
^ Stir the honey once during the cooking process.
Settings
MasterChef > Special > Decrystallize Honey
or
Operating Mode > Steam Cooking
Temperature: 140°F / 60°C
Duration: 90 Minutes (regardless of the size of jar or the
amount of honey in the jar)
