Inspecting the piston
- Measure the diameter of the bearings on the pis-
ton.

22 + 0.006 +0.001 mm
- Calculate the pin - piston coupling clearance.
N.B.
THE PIN HOUSINGS HAVE TWO LUBRICATION CHANNELS FOR THIS REASON MEASURE THE
DIAMETER ACCORDING TO THE PISTON AXIS

0.001 - 0.010 mm
- Measure the outside diameter of the piston, per-
pendicular to the gudgeon pin axis.
- Take the measurement in the position shown in
the figure.
