- Fit the valves, the springs and the caps. Using
the appropriate tool with adapter, compress the
springs and insert the cotters in their seats.

with part 012
020382Y012 bush (valve removing tool)
N.B.
DO NOT CHANGE THE VALVE FITTING POSITION. FIT THE VALVE SPRINGS WITH THE REF-
ERENCE COLOUR ON THE COTTERS SIDE (TURNS WITH GREATER PITCH).
Inspecting the cam shaft
- Check the camshaft bearings for signs of abnormal wear or scores.
- Using a micrometer, measure the camshaft bearings.
