23.Install ROPS. For proper reinstallation and torque
information, reference Cab Frame Assembly page
11.3.
WARNING
The ROPS should only be serviced by a certified
Polaris dealer.
24.Fill coolant reservoir. Bleed system as required. See
Cooling System Bleeding page 2.38.
25.Check and fill engine oil as required. See Engine Oil
Level page 2.28.
26.Connect the battery. Torque fasteners to
specification.
TORQUE
Battery Fasteners:
60 in-lbs (7 Nm)
TRANSMISSION VENT LINE ROUTING
1. The transmission vent line connects to a nipple on the
side of the transmission near the transmission switch.
The vent line routes up through the gap

the MAG and PTO intake runners, and secured to the
injector harness mounting bracket with a Panduit
strap

2. The vent line routes rearward and attaches to the
intake manifold and throttle body with Panduit straps
