Linux IA64—To perform an agent-only silent installation:
standalone_sansurfer_linux_install_ppc.bin -i silent
-DSILENT_INSTALL_SET="QMSJ_LA_IA64"
Linux PPC—To install all user interfaces and all agents:
standalone_sansurfer_linux_install_ppc.bin -i silent
-DSILENT_INSTALL_SET="QMSJ_G_L_PPC"
Linux PPC—To perform an agent-only silent installation:
standalone_sansurfer_linux_install_ppc.bin -i silent
-DSILENT_INSTALL_SET="QMSJ_LA_PPC"
Solaris
Solaris stand-alone installer command lines include the following:
Solaris—To install SANsurfer FC HBA Manager user interface only (adapter)
without an agent:
standalone_sansurfer_solaris_install.bin -i silent
-DSILENT_INSTALL_SET="QMSJ_G"
Solaris—To install all user interfaces and all agents:
standalone_sansurfer_solaris_install.bin -i silent
-DSILENT_INSTALL_SET="QMSJ_G_SA”
Solaris—To perform an agent-only silent installation:
standalone_sansurfer_solaris_install.bin -i silent
-DSILENT_INSTALL_SET="QMSJ_SA”
NOTE:
The Linux installation file names shown in the examples above do not
include version numbers that exist in the actual bin file name. When using
these commands, you must replace the file name shown in these examples
with the name of the bin file package used to install the SANsurfer FC HBA
Manager on your Linux machine.
