How to work with the IMS image store system*
Quit the recall options with
r.
Start the recall
Leave the IMS recall menu with r. The X-ray im-
age selected first is moving on the screen now. In field
Mode in the indication field of the screen, IMS is indic-
ated. To have a look at the image and to evaluate, all
image display modes are available (F 1-60ff). You can
also print the images* (F 1-90).
Use
m or n to request the recall of the next
image, if no automatic image change has been defined.
Interrupt and terminate the recall
Use 1 to interrupt the image changing at any time.
If you want to review preceding images, you can recall them with the REVIEW function once more. Select
the interesting image with
3 and 2. To switch back to the last image, press 1 or reach the last im-
age automatically with restarting the IMS recall with
m or n.
If no image changing is being carried out, you can terminate the recall with
1 and return to the normal
operation of the HI-SCAN X-ray unit. The image remains on the screen until you perform an inspection.

In units with newer software*, in the up-
per lines of the screen it is displayed of
which category originates the recalled
image and when it was taken. If you
want to hide this information, press the
priority key assigned with the function
HIDE INFORMATION*.
