Attach the microphone holder to the handle.
1 Attach the microphone holder D
to the accessory shoe E of the
handle, then secure with the
screw of the microphone holder.
2 Attach the wind screen C to the
supplied microphone B.
3 Place the microphone B in the
microphone holder D with the
model name facing upward, close
the cover, and shut the clamp.
4 Connect the plug of the
microphone to the INPUT 2 jack
F.
Put the microphone cable into the cable
clamp A.
If the light to the lens is blocked
Certain types of microphone may block the
light to the lens. If this happens, change the
position of the accessory shoe and the
microphone holder.
1 Lift the edge of the accessory shoe plate
at the front of the handle and pull it in
the direction opposite to that of the
arrow on the accessory shoe plate and
remove it from the accessory shoe.
2 Remove the 4 screws from the
accessory shoe at the front of the
handle.
3 Place the accessory shoe so its
protrusions align with the recesses of
the accessory shoe mount at the back of
the handle, then fix it to the mount with
the 4 screws.
4 Insert the accessory shoe plate in the
direction of the arrow on the plate
surface until the end of the plate
engages the end of the shoe.
