Recording
2 Select [PRESET] with the SEL/PUSH
EXEC dial, then press the dial.
3 Select the first 2 digits with the SEL/
PUSH EXEC dial, then press the dial.
4 Set other digits by repeating step 3.
5 Select [OK] with the SEL/PUSH EXEC
dial, then press the dial.
To reset the user bit
You can reset the user bit (00 00 00 00).
Select [RESET] in step 2 of “Presetting
the user bit.”
This is useful to prevent recording errors by
accidental operation.
Slide the HOLD switch in the
direction of the arrow.
Any operation not using the START/STOP
button or PHOTO button is locked in the
default setting.
To cancel the setting
Slide the HOLD switch in the opposite
direction of the arrow until the yellow part
disappears.
b Notes
If the setting is changed when the function is
locked, the change comes into effect when the
lock is canceled.
You cannot lock the following buttons and
switches.
–POWER switch
ND FILTER switch
AUDIO LEVEL (CH1/CH2) dials
CH1/CH2 (INPUT1/INPUT2) switches
Buttons on the lens
Buttons on the Wireless Remote Commander
z Tips
You can change the functions to be locked with
[HOLD SW MODE] (p. 103).
You can review the most recently recorded
scene on the LCD screen.
Right after you stop recording, press
the LAST SCENE button.
The camcorder plays from the top to the
end of the most recently recorded scene,
then returns to standby mode.
