• Tighten the brake hose union bolt to the specified torque.

% Brake hose union bolt: 23 N

m (2.3 kgf-m)
• Tighten the rear torque link nut.
• Tighten the rear shock absorber upper mounting bolt 1 and
rear shock absorber lower mounting nut 2 to the specified
torque.

% Rear shock absorber upper mounting bolt 1:
23 N
.
m (2.3 kgf-m)
Rear shock absorber lower mounting nut 2:
35 N
.
m (3.5 kgf-m)
FINAL INSPECTION AND ADJUSTMENT
After installing the rear suspension and rear wheel, adjust the
following before riding.
* Drive chain ................................................................ &2-12
* Tire pressure ............................................................. &2-17
REAR WHEEL

REAR BRAKE
Bleed air from the brake system after reassembling the brake cali-
per. (&2-16)
