CUSHION
Inspect the cushions for wear and damage.
Replace the cushions if there is anything unusual.
REAR SPROCKET
Inspect the rear sprocket’s teeth for wear. If they are worn, replace
the sprockets and drive chain as a set.
A Normal wear
B Excessive wear
REASSEMBLY AND REMOUNTING
Reassemble and remount the rear wheel in the reverse order of
removal and disassembly. Pay attention to the following points:
WHEEL BEARING AND DUST SEAL
• Apply grease to the bearings before installation.

• Install the wheel bearings using the special tool.

First, install the right wheel bearing, then install the left
wheel bearing.
The sealed cover on the bearing must face out.

• Install the new dust seal using the special tool.

NOTE:
Apply grease to the dust seal lip before assembling the rear wheel.
