REASSEMBLY AND REMOUNTING
Reassemble and remount the front wheel in the reverse order of
removal and disassembly. Pay attention to the following points:
WHEEL BEARINGS
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the bearings before in-
stallation.

BRAKE DISCS
• Make sure that the brake discs are clean and free of any grease.
Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER “1360” to the brake disc bolts
and tighten them to the specified torque.

SPEEDOMETER GEARBOX
• Before installing the speedometer gearbox, apply grease to the
dust seal lip.
• Align the drive lugs 1 with the recesses 2 on the wheel hub
and then fit the speedometer gearbox onto the wheel hub.

• Have the stopper on the speedometer gearbox touch the lug
3 on the left front fork leg.
• Install the wheel bearings using the used bearings and special
tool as described below.

First install the left wheel bearing, then install the right
wheel bearing. (

The sealed cover on the bearing must face to the out-
side.
