ADVICE
Ensure that you have steady footing when installing the outboard. Connect the
accelerator lever and the batteries only after installing the drive into the boat.
5.1 Fitting the drive to the boat
DANGER!
Danger to life from the motor breaking away from the transom or motor
holder.
Death or severe physical injuries may result.
Fix the Cruise system using M12 screws exclusively.
The toggle screws are used as mounting aids. Therefore always use the
M12 screws to fix the Cruise system during operation.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury from heavy loads.
Physical injury can result.
Do not lift the Cruise system on your own; use suitable lifting gear.

1. Remove the parts which are in the scope of delivery of the Cruise system from
their packaging.
2. Mount the drive on the transom or motor holder of your boat with the aid of a
crane; this may be operated only by trained, authorised specialist personnel.
