The cruise control lamp will illuminate
indicating that cruise control is active
and set.
1. Cruise control lamp
Resuming the Cruise Control Set
Speed
Cruise control will be deactivated if one
of the following actions has been taken:
Roll the throttle twist grip fully
forward
Press and release the ON/OFF
button on the right hand switch
housing
Pull the clutch lever
Operate the front or rear brake
Increase speed by using the throttle
grip for more than 60 seconds.
The set speed can be resumed by
pressing and releasing the RES/+ adjust
button provided the conditions
described on page 54 have been met.
1. Cruise control ON/OFF button
2. Cruise control adjust button, SET/-
3. Cruise control adjust button, RES/+
The set speed will remain in the cruise
control memory until the ignition switch
has been turned to the OFF position.
Warning
When resuming cruise control, always
ensure that the traffic conditions are
suitable for the set speed.
Using cruise control in heavy traffic,
on roads with sharp/blind bends or
when they are slippery, may result in
loss of motorcycle control and an
accident.
