11 Running Test
11.1 Starting up examination
11.1.1 START-UP CHECKLIST
 Obtain a copy of the customer sales order number being worked.
 Verify with the sales order that the correct units were shipped.
o Check the CBMS & with System GBMS
o Check the CBMS & without System GBMS
 Inventory the shipment to ensure all parts were shipped and there is no shipping damage or part
shortages.
 Before installing into the cabinet, check the insulation resistance of the battery module.
Note: Refer to Insulation Resistance Test Manual.
 Install all components (CBMS, battery modules, GBMS, Cabinet,communication cables, etc.).
