Pull out the valve rod (E) with sealing
screw (F), back-up rings (G) and O-ring
(H).

1. Take system out of operation and relieve the pressure.
Remove and clean valve.
Empty separating agent supply.
2. Unscrew the tension nut (A or A1) that is under spring pressure.
Remove pressure spring (B).
3. Pull out the valve rod at piston (D) carefully until the attened surfaces on the valve
rod (E) are visible.
4. Hold valve rod (E) using a size 2 wrench and unscrew nut (C).
5. Pull the piston (D) from the valve rod (E).
6. Remove O-ring (O) from piston (D).
7. Completely loosen sealing screw (F) with a size 5 wrench.
8. Pull out the valve rod (E) with sealing screw (F), back-up rings (G) and O-ring (H).
If parts get caught in the drilled hole, they can be pulled out by using a ring
bolt.
9. Remove O-ring (N) from the valve housing groove.
10. Check parts for damage.
Replace defective parts.
