3. If your print job does not print, try to copy a job at the machine using the same
Account and User ID.
NOTE: If the copy job completes then the Account and User ID are valid.
4. It may be necessary to check the network accounting solution software or server
configuration to verify the Account ID.
5. Distribute the printer drivers with the Network Accounting option already selected (if
possible).
6. If the printer drivers are distributed without the option enabled, workstation Users
will need to configure the drivers.
7. If the drivers are not properly configured, jobs sent to the machine will be deleted.
