FLOOR
Please make sure that the floor construction is designed to carry the weight of the unit and
withstand the forces generated.
The load-bearing capacity of the floor must be > 500 kg/m².
The floor must have a tensile strength to accommodate a force on the four mounting
bolts (see section 5.2.1 and 5.2.2
) of > 8kN.
Using the supplied expansion anchors and screws, the unit shall preferably be fixed to a concrete
floor with the following minimum characteristics:
• Concrete class C20/25 to C50/60, not cracked
• Mounting bolts to be fixed at least 120 mm from the edge or other openings in the concrete
If the operatory has a wooden floor you must make sure that the floor construction is stable
enough to withstand the forces applied from the unit to the floor.
If it is not possible to drill holes in the floor or if the floor is not stable enough, the
unit can be installed on a steel mounting plate available at XO CARE – see section
5.2.7.
2.3 FUSE REPLACEMENT
Fuses shall be according to the specifications in Table 3.
