FP-2000 SWITCHES & JACKS
NOTE
Rarely, when a rush of current flows, the FP-2000
may buzz faintly. This is a normal condition.
POWER Switch
This is the FP-2000s main ON
(
I
)
/OFF
(
O
)
switch.
When turned on, the FP-2000 LED indicator will glow
red several seconds later.
If this main switch is not set to the “
(
I
)
” position, the
FT-2000D’s
[
POWER
]
switch will not function.
AC IN Jack
Connect the supplied 3-wire AC line cord to this socket.
Cooling Fan
This is a fan for cooling the internal power supply unit.
Usually, this fan does not rotate. However, when the
temperature begins to rise, the cooling fan begins to
rotate.
OUTPUT DC 13.8 V Jack
Connect this 6-pin connector to the DC 13.8 V Input
Jack on the FT-2000D, using the supplied DC Power
Cord. The DC output is 13.8 Volts, with maximum
current of 6 Amps.
OUTPUT DC 50 V Jack
Connect this 2-pin connector to the DC 50 V Input
Jack on the FT-2000D, using the supplied DC Power
Cord. The DC output is 50 Volts, with maximum cur-
rent of 12 Amps.
FUSE
This holder requires a 15 Amp fuse. Always use the 15
Amp fuse, whether operating on 100 - 120 VAC or
200 - 240 VAC.
