Removing the reservoir
1. Remove the reservoir “1” and O-ring “2”.
TIP:
Place a container under the PTT unit to catch
the fluid.
2. Remove the circlip “1”, filter “2”, and
O-ring “3”.
Removing the PTT motor
1. Remove the PTT motor assembly “1”,
O-ring “2”, and joint “3”.
Disassembling the PTT motor
1. Remove the stator “1”.
Secure the end of the armature shaft
using a pair of pliers, and then remove the
armature along with the motor base
assembly. Otherwise, the armature could
separate from the motor base assembly
due to the magnetic force of the stator
and damage the brushes.
2. Remove the armature “2”.
3. Remove the screws “1”, and then remove
the brush “2”, plate “3”, circuit breaker
“4”, and springs “5”.
4. Remove the oil seal “1”.
