Storage compartment
The storage compartment is located
under the seat. (See page 3-11 for seat
removal and installation procedures.)

Do not exceed the load limit of
3 kg (7 lb) for the storage com-
partment.
●
Do not exceed the maximum
load of FZS1000, FZS1000S:
189 kg (417 lb) / FZS1000C,
FZS1000SC: 188 kg (415 lb) for
the vehicle.

When storing the owner’s manual or
other documents in the storage com-
partment, be sure to wrap them in a
plastic bag so that they will not get wet.
When washing the motorcycle, be
careful not to let any water enter the
storage compartment.

Adjusting the front fork
This front fork is equipped with spring
preload adjusting bolts, rebound damp-
ing force adjusting screws and com-
pression damping force adjusting
screws.

ly, otherwise poor handling and loss
of stability may result.
