“Go to” a rung
The display system circuit diagram editor provides a GO TO
function in order to enable fast access to a rung.
X Press ESC and use the ÍÚ cursor buttons to select the
GO TO menu.
X Press OK.
X Select the required rung (L…) with the ÍÚ cursor
buttons.
The first contact on the rung is always indicated.
X Press OK.
The cursor remains stationary at the required rung contact L 1.
Deleting a rung
The display system will only remove empty rungs, i.e. those
without contacts or coils.
X Delete all the contacts and coils from the rung.
X Position the cursor on the first contact field of the empty
rung.
X Press DEL.
The subsequent rung(s) will be “pulled up” and any existing
links between rungs will be retained.
Switching with the cursor buttons
With the display system, you can also use the four cursor
buttons as hard-wired inputs in the circuit diagram.
The buttons are wired in the circuit diagram as contacts

to P 04. The P buttons can be activated and deactivated
in the h System menu.
