To Configure the Remote Interface
The instrument is shipped with both a GPIB (IEEE-488) interface and an
RS-232 interface. Only one interface can be enabled at a time. The GPIB
interface is selected when the instrument is shipped from the factory.
1 Select the GPIB interface.
Press and then select the
GPIB
softkey from the “I/O” menu.
2 Select the GPIB address.
Press the
GPIB Address
softkey
and enter the desired address using the
numeric keypad or knob. The factory setting is “10”.
The GPIB address is shown on the front-panel display at power-on.
3 Exit the menu.
Press the DONE softkey.
