Turning OFF the Main Power
IMPORTANT
If you need to turn ON the machine immediately after it is turned OFF (such as when
restarting the machine), wait at least 10 seconds before turning it ON again. (See
“Restarting the Machine,” on p. 6-12.)
NOTE
You can use the Auto Shutdown Time setting to automatically shut down the machine.
(See “Configuring the Machine’s Basic Settings” in the e-Manual.)
To safely turn OFF the machine’s main
power, press the main power switch
(located on the left side of the machine)
to the “ ” side.
The main power indicator on the control
panel is turned OFF.
WARNING
Do not unplug the power cord
before turning OFF the main power.
Doing so may result in electrical
shock, damage the machine, or
destroy the stored data.
