5 Replace the date battery holder
back into its original position.
6 Set the date and time when the
Date/Time menu is displayed on
the LCD monitor (p. 21).
The LCD monitor also displays the Date/
Time menu the very first time you turn on
the camera. This is normal, and you don't
need to replace the date battery.
Using the Power Kits (Sold
Separately)
Using Rechargeable Batteries
(Battery and Charger Kit CBK4-200)
Included are the battery charger and four
rechargeable AA-size NiMH (nickel metal hydride)
batteries. Charge the batteries as shown below.
Four batteries are supplied with the Battery
and Charger Kit CBK4-200, however, only
two batteries are used for this camera.
The indicator blinks while charging, then remains
lit when charging is finished.
*Two batteries can be
charged instead of four.
