Using the Embedded Numeric Keypad
The 15 keys of the embedded numeric keypad

can be used for
the functions indicated by the icons in the upper right corner of
each key. Enabling the numeric keypad assigns those functions to
the keypad keys. The standard functions of the keypad keys can
still be accessed while the numeric keypad is enabled.
Enabling the Numeric Keypad
To enable the numeric keypad, press
Fn+num lk

. The num lock
light

turns on when the numeric keypad is enabled.
The numeric keypad cannot be enabled while an optional external
keyboard or keypad is connected to the computer.
Identifying embedded numeric keypad components
Disabling the Numeric Keypad
To disable the numeric keypad and return the keys to their
standard keyboard functions, press
Fn+num lk.
