Unloading the Cabinet(s)
The following tools are required for unloading the cabinet(s):
l
15 mm wrench or socket
l
7 mm nut driver or socket
l
Adjustable wrench or channel-locks
The UPS and optional cabinets are heavy (see page 9). Unloading the cabinets requires at least two
people to safely remove the cabinets from the pallet.
To remove the UPS or optional cabinets from the shipping pallet:
1. Remove the two M10 bolts securing the rear shipping bracket to the pallet (see Figure 4).
2. Remove the four M8 screws securing the rear shipping bracket to the cabinet rear panel and remove the
bracket. Retain the hardware for later use.
Note: Be sure to retain the rear shipping bracket and hardware for later re-assembly if you plan to
permanently mount the cabinet.
