A note about ergonomics

13.1 General
To prevent overstrain injuries, it is important that you hold the camera ergonomically cor-
rect. This section gives advice and examples on how to hold the camera.
Note Please note the following:
• Always tilt the viewfinder to fit your work position.
• Always adjust the viewing angle of the display to fit your work position.
• Always adjust the camera grip to fit your work position.
• When you hold the camera, make sure that you support the camera housing with your
left hand too. This decreases the strain on your right hand.
