1. Place the child seat on the back seat
cushion and fold the relevant seatback
forwards. See Rear Seats (page 122).
2. Remove the head restraint. See Head
Restraints (page 122).
WARNING
Make sure the top tether strap is not
slack or twisted and is properly
located on the anchor point.
3. Route the tether strap to the anchor
point.
WARNING
Make sure that the seatback is
secure and fully engaged in the
catch.
4. Push the seatback to the upright
position.

5. Push the child seat back firmly to
engage the ISOFIX lower anchor points.
6. Tighten the tether strap in line with the
child seat manufacturer's instructions.
CHILD SAFETY LOCKS
WARNING
You cannot open the doors from
inside if you have put the child safety
locks on.
