Sound settings
The sound settings may contain informa-
tion and setting options for equaliser, posi-
tion, volume and settings.
If an emergency call is automatically trig-
gered, all sources of sound in the vehicle,
such as the radio, are muted for the dura-
tion of the call, depending on the country.

djusting the output volume of exter-
nal audio sources
If you need to increase the output volume
of an external audio source, first lower the
volume on the Infotainment system.
If the sound from the external audio source
is too quiet, increase the output volume of
the external audio source. If this is not su-
cient, set the input volume to Medium or
Loud.
If the sound from the connected external
audio source is too loud or distorted, lower
the output volume on the external audio
source. If this is not sucient, set the input
volume to Medium or Quiet.
Radio mode
Introduction
In R
adio mode, you can receive radio sta-
tions that are available on dierent fre-
quency bands and also store your favour-
ites to station keys for quick access.
The available reception types and frequen-
cy bands depend on the equipment and are
not available in all countries. Frequency
bands may be discontinued, switched o or
no longer oered in some countries.

The radio stations are responsible for
the content of the information sent.
Additional electrical devices connec-
ted in the vehicle c
an interfere with ra-
dio reception and cause noises in the loud-
speakers.
Foil or metal-coated stickers attached
to the windows may aect reception
on vehicles with a window aerial.

The available functions and potential re-
ception modes and frequency bands de-
pend on the vehicle equipment and are not
available in all countries.
The symbols may have a dierent appear-
ance in some Infotainment systems.

one list (FM/DAB).

— Combination of all stations stored to
station buttons in one list.
— Up to 36 station buttons for storing fa-

— DAB/DAB+ (multiple tuner with MRC).
— DAB slide show.
— Stationary images are transmitted par-
allel to the current broadcast.
