If it is damaged or lost, you must immediately obtain
a copy from the manufacturer.
1.2 WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants its new factory products
for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of
purchase.
The engine shall be provided based on the terms and
conditions established by its manufacturer.
Check, upon receipt, that the machine is intact and
complete.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 8 (eight)
days from the receipt of the machine.
The warranty covers only the free repair or replace-
ment of those parts that, after careful examination
by the technical ofce of the manufacturer, are faulty
(except electric parts, working equipment and con-
sumable materials).
Any returns must be arranged with the manufacturer
and shipped ex works.
Replacements or repairs of parts under warranty will
not extend in any case its terms.
The buyer shall born the costs of transport, lubricants,
VAT and any customs duties.
The buyer will be able to assert its rights on the war-
ranty only if it has complied with any further condi-
tions relating to the provision of the warranty, also
reported in the supply contract.
If it appears that the parties do not intend to undergo
to arbitration any disputes arising from the supply
contract or in any other case in which it requested
the resolution of a judicial body, the Court of Vicenza
will have the sole territorial jurisdiction.
1.2.1 WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The warranty is void (in addition to what is reported
in the supply contract):
- If you encounter a handling error and/or collision
attributable to the operator;
- If it is exceeded the maximum power limit allowed;
- If the damage is due to insufcient maintenance;
- If it were mounted on the machine accessories or
applications not delivered or tested by the manu-
facturer;
- If, as a result of repairs carried out by the user
without the consent of the manufacturer or due to
the installation of spare parts that are not original,
the machine should be changed and the damage
would be attributable to the changes;
- unless the instructions in this manual were ob-
served;
ENGLISH
- should there be exceptional circumstances.
Also they remain excluded from the warranty those
damages caused by negligence, abuse, misuse and
improper use of the machine.
WARNING
Removal and/or tampering with safety devices, of
which the machine is equipped, will void the war-
ranty and liability of the manufacturer.
1.3 MACHINE IDENTIFICATION
Each machine is equipped with a lot identication
code (36 Fig. 1/A), serial number (38 Fig. 1/A) and
an identication plate (37 Fig. 1 A), which shows:
Name and address of the Manufacturer;
«EC» marking;
A) Type of machine;
B) Model;
C) Installed power in kW;
D) Year of manufacture;
E) Mass in Kg;
F) Serial number;
G) Model code.
The data shown on the rating plate and especially the
serial number identifying the machine must always
be mentioned in any request for spare parts and/or
service work.
The machine is equipped with:
- manual of instructions for use and maintenance of
the machine;
- manual of instructions for use and maintenance of
the engine;
- «EC» declaration of conformity;
- electrical system diagram;
- trousse for gasoline engines.
Both manuals described above are to be considered an
integral part of the machine and should be consulted
prior to any operation or use of the same (even before
unpacking).
1.4 MACHINE DESCRIPTION AND
INTENDED USE
The multifunctional tracked tractor Mod. VISION in
this manual, is a machine marked «EC» in accordance
with the rules dictated by the European Union and set
out in Directives 2006/42/EC, as amended, 2004/108/
EC as described in declaration of conformity of each
machine.
