SOLUTION
- Put fuel
- Open the tap
- Enable the primer
- Clean the plugs and check the cables
- Charge the start-up battery
- Rotate the button so that it is switched
off
- Switch off the PTO control
- Turn the control levers of the tracks to
the central position
- Contact the service to perform an in-
spection and/or adjustment or replace-
ment of the sensor or electrical cable
- Contact the service o perform an in-
spection and/or adjustment or replace-
ment of the sensor or electrical cable
- Contact the service to perform an in-
spection and the replacement of the
damaged parts
- Clean or replace the air lter
- Contact the service o perform an in-
spection and/or adjustment or replace-
ment of the components
- Contact the service o perform an inspec-
tion and/or adjustment or replacement
of the components damaged
- Wait for the hydraulic oil cooling with
the engine running at idle until you turn
off the light on the dashboard.
- Check the engine oil level and add oil
without exceeding the max. level or,
as an alternative, contact the service to
check the damaged components.
- Clean the front surface (air inlet side) of
the heat exchanger
- Wait for the hydraulic oil cooling with
the engine running at idle until you turn
off the light on the dashboard
- Check the protectcion fuse and replace
it
- Check the fan operation by the service
- Check the electronic fan control unit via
the service
- Replace the throttle cable
- Slightly move the machine and try to
release the brake
- Replace the brake cable
INCONVENIENCE
The engine will not start
The engine does not develop po-
wer
The engine turns off when the
operator is on board the machi-
ne and is operating the machine
controls
Excessive oil temperature light
is on
The throttle control does not re-
spond
The parking brake does not
switch off
POSSIBLE CAUSE
- Missing fuel
- Valve of the fuel tank closed
- When the engine is cold, the primer con-
trol is not activated
- Dirty motor plugs
- Low battery
- Emergency button operated
- PTO command entered
- Control forward levers not centrally loca-
ted without the presence of the operator
on board
- PTO control lever sensor damaged or di-
sconnected or damaged cable
- Sensors of the central position of the
forward control levers damaged or di-
sconnected or damaged cable
- Engine oil pressure sensor is not working
- Air lter clogged
- No working power system
- Seat sensor cable broken or interrupted
- Maximum temperature of the hydraulic
oil reached, the dashboard warning light
on
- No engine oil pressure or no engine oil
- Hydraulic oil heat exchanger clogged
- Maximum temperature of the hydraulic
oil reached
- The oil cooling fan does not work and
does not cool the hydraulic oil
- Throttle cable broken
- Throttle sheath damaged
- The brake is locked and you cannot
switch it off
- Parking brake control cable broken
