- Reached with the seat the opposite position to that
it had before starting the operation, release the knob
and slightly move the seat until the knob returns
with a click into the appropriate seat.
It is possible to adapt the position of the controls-
holder column to make its access easier for the
operator. To do so, loosen the screws that secure the
column (3) turn the same column in the direction of
the arrow (4) and, once it reaches the desired position,
retighten the assembly with the same screws (3).
To make the machine more compact so that it can
be enclosed into the stackable packaging 1+1, and
facilitate its transport carriage, or to be able to pass
under the obstacle, canopy vineyards or other types
of plantations, the roll-bar is foldable.
To achieve this, it is sufcient to remove the two xing
screws (8) and fold the upper part of the roll-bar in the
direction indicated by the arrow (7). Before starting
the machin, or just past the need to go on low places,
restore the roll-bar in a vertical position and secure it
with the screws (8).
4.5 DURING WORK
WARNING
- DO NOT GO UNDER SOFT LAND ON WHICH THE
MACHINE MAY FALL OVER.
- OBSTACLES SHALL BE PASSED AT REDUCED
SPEED AND ANY REACTION OF OPERATION
SHOULD BE CONTROLLED.
- DO NOT START ABRUPTLY WITH THE MACHINE.
- DO NOT CARRY PEOPLE OR ANIMALS BY THE
MACHINE.
- DO NOT MAKE THE ROTATION AGAINST THE
MACHINE (ROTATION ON THE MACHINE BY
ITSELF LET ONE TRACK WORK FORWARD AND
OTHER BACKWARD) WHEN YOU ARE WORKING
IN UPHILL.
- DO NOT MAKE THE ROTATION AGAINST THE MA-
CHINE AY HIGH SPEED EVEN ON GROUND WHEN
YPOU INSTALL SOME EQUIPMENT ON THE LIFTER
- DO NOT BLOCK ANY SYSTEM WITH LEVERS OF
PROGRESS.
- LEVERS OF PROGRESS SHALL BE HELD IN POSI-
TION ONLY WITH HANDS.
WARNING
The use of the machine in low temperature areas
requires the use of suitable hydraulic oil that the
company can provide during assembly of the
machine.
When the machine is cold and especially when the
ambient temperature is very low, it is advisable
to start the engine and let it run for a few minutes
without moving any lever of the hydraulic controls
to allow the oil warming up, thus avoiding possible
cavitation of the pumps.
4.5.1 USING THE MACHINE ON SLOPES
- Proceeding on sloping ground, advance very
slowly.
- Do not exceed inclinations/slopes greater than 26%;
do not walk stretches of the slope with the machine
in the neutral position.
- Park on slopes only when there is no other pos-
sibility.
In this case, ensure that the stationing of the ma-
chine is made properly and safely operating the
mechanical parking brake with the lever (24 in Fig.
1/B).
- Do not drive for long stretches on steep side slopes;
the max. side slope on which you can safely operate
is equal to 10%.
- Avoid sudden changes in slope especially when you
are passing with some heavy equipment applied to
the lifter; they may cause the machine to overturn.
- Be very careful while overcoming obstacles on
slope as the shifting of the center of gravity from
side to side can create bumps in the means, thus
compromising its balance.
4.5.2 PARKING
WARNING
Never park the vehicle on soft ground, in the vicinity
of embankments, ditches or slopes.
Never leave the vehicle during stops. It is forbidden
to leave the machine with the engine running.
When the machine is at rest, the parking brake
must be engaged.
4.6 STOP
The stop of the machine should take place on the
ground oor, but not on soft ground, in the vicinity
of embankments, ditches or slopes.
For the stopping of the machine, operate in the fol-
lowing way:
- Set the throttle to idle speed.
- Slowly release the two control levers (32 and 33 in
